Well done to members of 9O who completed their CPR training. CPR is an emergency lifesaving procedure, performed when the heart stops beating, often called a cardiac arrest. It is necessary to save the life of someone in cardiac arrest. Each year over 40,000 people have an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest in the UK. Less than 1 in 10 survive. Giving CPR promptly and using a defibrillator can more than double the chances of survival. ❤️

Congratulations to our Year 8 Netball team who competed in the Coleraine District Netball Tournament before Easter.🏐 The girls fought hard in every game and were a credit to Our Lady of Lourdes School. ❤️🖤 Thank you to all of the other local Schools for taking part and making the Tournament a huge success. ⭐️ Congratulations to Dalriada who were Crowned champions of the Tournament! 🏆
