Today the Livestock and Meat Commission visited us in the Home Economics Department. Students from OLOL and Ballymoney High School, who together, study Occupational Studies Catering, had the pleasure of seeing how to prepare a Beef and chilli rice bowl. It was delicious! The students learned valuable cooking skills that they will use during their course.
